Kikundi cha Scout nchini Uingereza kimeamriwa na Mahakama kulipa Paundi 42,000 ambazo ni sawa na Shilingi za Kitanzania milioni 134.4 kwa mtoto wa miaka 11 kwa madai ya kumnyanyasa kutokana na ugonjwa alionao.

Inaelezwa kuwa mtoto huyo Ben Gleeson ambaye ana ugonjwa wa Autism, alijiunga na kikundi hicho cha 10 cha Scout mjini Hertfordshire mwaka 2015 lakini baadae aliambiwa kuwa hatoweza kwenda kwenye camp au kuwa sehemu ya michezo mbalimbali pasipo kuwa na uangalizi.
Familia ya mtoto huyo ilifungua kesi juu ya kikundi hicho cha Scout chini ya Sheria ya Usawa na kwamba walichomwambia mtoto wao kilikuwa tayari kimepigwa marufuku kisheria. Wazazi walifungua kesi hiyo mwaka 2017.
